Amy graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies. She was born and raised in Orlando, Florida; however, her family is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. She has a passion for helping others and volunteers with local charity organizations as often as she can. Amy is working on obtaining her Property and Casualty License in order to become a Full-Time Agent. In the meantime, she will be working as our Customer Service Representative and is happy to assist in any way she can.
